By completing this form you are agreeing that all the proceeds from the above activity will go to the Bright Young Dreams campaigns which fundraises on behalf of Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
The money you raise will help to ensure that the ongoing needs of the hospital continue to be met today, tomorrow and beyond, especially as those needs may change with time. By allowing Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity to decide how best the funds will be used, you help make Sheffield Children’s the extraordinary place it is and help all departments within the Trust receive fundraising money. By choosing the general fund, areas which are not front facing or don’t receive as many donations still receive charitable funding.
